The Nokia C21 is the C20's direct successor. However, both phones have a lot in common. They both, for example, have the same screen, the same CPU, and are powered by the same battery capacity. The device has a 6.52-inch display on the front and a dewdrop notch on the top.

There is now a fingerprint scanner on the back, and single and dual SIM options are available, as with the predecessor. Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0, a 3000mAh battery, and Google's Android 11 (Go Edition) are all standard features.
